Candidates desirous of admission to various Diploma courses have to apply through ONLINE mode ONLY. There will be no OFFLINE mode for submission of Application Form. The ONLINE Application Form for all Diploma Courses is available in the website (http://skill.samsodisha.gov.in/Diploma.aspx), which may be filled up correctly and should be submitted ONLINE on or before due date & time as notified from time to time.
